Bliss Hair Salon History
After owning the very successful Village Hair Creations, an Aveda concept salon in Idyllwild, California, for over twenty years, Dawn, her husband Keith and their son Kyle moved operations just down Highway 74 and near the intersection with Highway 111 in Palm Desert. This worked wonderfully for over thirteen years. But late in the year 2024, Dawn and Keith disired to work closer to home and moved the salon back, albeit with a few twists. They wanted to offer something more, with a slant on wellness. They recruited Idyllwild's favorite practitioners to work out of the salon. Their son Kyle, and his wife Heather, also a stylist, stayed in the desert area to work and live. Thus, both communities benefited and now are serviced by the Finlayson's. Just the proportions changed.
